Our Reps are all trained as per the experience, they ensure they ask all these questions from the customer to verify we have the right prospect.

The Criteria is based on the Minimum rate, Balance, they should not have late payments in 1 year, No Refinance in the last 1 year, No Bankruptcy or foreclosure in 3 years, and should be interested to pull some cash, credit, and monthly payments.

What percentage of transferred leads are serious borrowers vs. rate shoppers?

It all depends on the proposal given, but we try to have the highest percentage of serious buyers.

How recent are leads when transferred? (minutes/hours old)

They are minutes and seconds old.

It all depends on the module—FHA, VA, or Conventional—and also on the filters from the buyers.

All leads are based on the per call price, and any lead that does not match the pre-decided filters is not counted as billable.

Are there volume-based discount tiers?

No, for us the price remains the same, as we do not hamper quality whether you buy 1 or 100 leads.

How do you handle disconnected numbers or wrong parties?

These are all live transfers, hence no disconnected numbers.

What's your refund policy for non-qualifying leads?

Any lead not matching the filters is not qualified.
