Our Reps are all trained as per the experience, they ensure they ask all these questions from the customer to verify we have the right prospect.

What specific refinance criteria do you screen for? (rate reduction threshold, cash-out needs)

The Criteria is based on the Minimum rate, Balance, they should not have late payments in 1 year, No Refinance in the last 1 year, No Bankruptcy or foreclosure in 3 years, and should be interested to pull some cash, credit, and monthly payments.

It all depends on the proposal given, but we try to have the highest percentage of serious buyers.

They are minutes and seconds old.

These are all opt-in leads from all social sources.

We only do refinance intent and not purchase.

It all depends on the module—FHA, VA, or Conventional—and also on the filters from the buyers.

Do you offer performance-based pricing or money-back guarantees?

All leads are based on the per call price, and any lead that does not match the pre-decided filters is not counted as billable.

Are there volume-based discount tiers?

No, for us the price remains the same, as we do not hamper quality whether you buy 1 or 100 leads.

How do you handle disconnected numbers or wrong parties?

These are all live transfers, hence no disconnected numbers.

What's your refund policy for non-qualifying leads?

Any lead not matching the filters is not qualified.

How do you ensure TCPA/FCRA compliance for live transfers?

All leads we dial are opt-in, ensuring we have the consent needed to call them and take details.

What disclosures do consumers receive before being transferred?

We inform consumers that this is not a sales call and that we are offering a quote to help them get the best deal.

How do you handle Do Not Call list compliance?

We are registered with the National DNC and have our own SAN Number. Anyone who requests to be added is passed to our internal DNC team.

What's your service level agreement for lead transfers?

We have an IO and Master Agreement that we send to buyers.

How do you handle after-hours leads?

Before we set up the campaign, we ensure leads are transferred according to the buyer's hours. No lead is sent after hours; if any are, they are not billable.

What reporting do you provide in real-time?

Customer details are passed via API so that once the call gets transferred, loan officers have all the details.
